Terms & Conditions of Sale & Return Policies

Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufactures Defects:
If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, e-mail me for instructions.  Do not return Items to us without first e-mailing me to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.

Return Merchandise Policy:
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise please use our contact us to submit a request to our Return Department. The return of non-defective merchandise when authorized may incur up to a 25% re-stocking fee. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the box.

After a return is authorized by our return department:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Please note the following terms and conditions that you accept when ordering from us:

1. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.
   
2. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors. We have done our best to ensure that all information on this site is accurate and up-to-date. Errors and omissions occasionally occur and are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
   
3. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
   
4. If you purchase or sell for less then the retail/suggested list shown on this site we suggest you read or add the following to your price sheet and check with your own counsel to be sure you are in compliance with all local and federal laws regarding retail price comparison:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight only by flat rate, you do not pay more for residential or business deliveries.  All shipping fees will be displayed within your shopping cart upon checkout.

Please allow 2- 4 business days for your order to be processed. Normally all orders are enroute to you within 3 days, but give me a day or so to process it and get the tracking number to you. IF YOU SELECT A PRODUCT TO ORDER AND IT APPEARS IN YOUR CART, THEN IT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE WITH INFORMATION I AM PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURERS OR DISTRIBUTORS.  If I miss a quantity change and an item is ordered that is not in stock your item will be placed on backorder and shipped when they arrive at the warehouse. In the event the order is over 30 days old we will notify you of the status and give you the option to cancel or wait for your order.

Bike shipping rates are Flat Rate 40.00 for adult bikes,  Kids bikes 12" and 16" are 25.00 and trikes are 16.00 anywhere in the USA Lower 48 States, Alaska and Hawaii contact me first to get your ship cost .  But I often give reduced pricing for specials. Bikes can be shipped next day delivered for $85.00.  Bikes often have specials where shipping is waived or reduced. Please follow through the order process, you will see the actual shipping cost BEFORE you confirm the order.

Note: Cancelled orders may have up to a 25% minimum cancellation fee depending on the warehouse policy your order was from to cover order and restocking charges. Purchase Orders or Off - Line Orders not paid within 30 days are subject to a 10% late fee on the remaining balance each month payment is not made.
